Dear People of the Pacific ... We are sorry
We are sorry for leaking the radioactive substances to the air and to the ocean from our nuclear power plant. I, as the one who have lived in Tokyo and used the electricity of the Tokyo Electric Power Company, feel so devastated of what we have done to the people in the world. We have conaminated ther air. We have contaminated the ocean. What we have done given so much fear to you, your parents, your kids.... I really hope, this could be the very last opportunity for the people of Japan...especially Tokyo to learn, that our wrongdoing could really harm not only our lives, but also the lives of so many people in the world. We are sorry.
